Do I need to be an investor?
No. Investors, first-time buyers, and people who just want more house for the money all attend. Tell us which you are and we'll match you accordingly.
What if I can't make either session?
Register anyway and we'll send you the replay. You'll also still get matching properties by email and text.
Is this a 90-minute pitch?
No. The whole session is walkthroughs, numbers, and Q&A. Getting on the list is free and takes thirty seconds.
What if I don't have financing sorted out?
Say so on the form. VIPexecs Lending is in-house and that's a real conversation, no pressure attached.
Which areas do you cover?
Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, and Orange counties — including the Antelope Valley (Palmdale and Lancaster). We add markets as the list grows.
